Wistiki is a device designed to find lost objects/animals. It was not designed to protect or monitor humans. Wistiki accepts no liability for this type of use.
However, it is recommended for use with pets.

If you have found a Wistiki, you can contact the person who is looking for it. The chip integrated in the Wistiki contains the information you need to start an instant discussion with this person via our application.
If you have encountered a problem that is not dealt with in the support centre subjects, we would be delighted to hear of any bugs so that our teams of developers can correct it as soon as possible. To do so you can:
- Contact us via the application from My Account > About > Suggestions for improvement
- Send us a message by clicking on the link “Submit a request” at the bottom of this page.
Please be as precise as possible (actions you did, your phone model, etc.). It is important that the technical team can recreate the anomaly so they can resolve it.
